George Goodman

George Goodman

He was a prolific writer offering books Bible stories, sermon preparation, commentaries, and articles on current theological issues.

He was from Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England.

He was a Brethren pastor.

He was a frequent contributor to The Witness in the 1920’s.

He correctly wrote in 1928 that supposed Pentecostal healings could not be verified.

Normally a mild man, in 1930 he correctly held the view that those holding to British Israelitism be put out of the assemblies.
